Staff Compassion Fatigue Prevention & Wellbeing Sessions.
The pressures and demands of work can be overwhelming at times, however, identifying the signs which lead to professionals being overwhelmed and slipping into Compassion Fatigue can be a valuable tool in preventing it.
Staff Wellbeing Sessions - Perfect for self-development on an inset or training day.
We provide sessions to individuals and in small groups to interrupt the symptoms of compassion fatigue, using a combination of coaching methods, aspects of mindfulness and Havening Techniques®. The session enables individuals to acknowledge factors which can be causing compassion fatigue and develop a self-care tool kit to take away which focuses on aspects of preventing compassion fatigue and promoting wellbeing.

Virtual wellbeing sessions:
Individual sessions: £80 per session. (Sessions last 60-90 minutes)
Group sessions: £20 per person, maximum of 15 in a group. (Sessions last 90 minutes)
Location: Via TEAMS or Zoom.
Corporate Day Retreats
£80 per person.
Between 8-10 people.
Lunch and use of the spa facilities included in the day.
